Topics will include, but are not limited to:
We will hold this in our gym which has no seating. Your are more than welcome to bring a lawn chair (no pointy feet) or a blanket to sit on. Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the gym without shoe covers or if your feet get cold, be sure to wear warm socks.
