Tuesdays & Wednesdays 6:45-7:30 pm
Jump Training: Jumping is central to successful volleyball execution.
A variety of jumping activities that help to develop technique, power and endurance will be practiced. The first week of each session will begin with testing maximum jumps and other fitness activities.
These will be recorded and filed to monitor progress.

There is a $15 fee for each player per jump training session for those not registered for the Neville Pepper or Training for Excellence programs.
