Our Goal at Nevillizms is to provide the highest quality experience as possible.
We strive to keep all of our facilities in a condition that reflects our goal.
Please arrive at the gym on time so as not to interrupt the instruction once it has begun. Five minutes early is late!
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please call or email at least 24 hours in advance if possible. Practice plans are written based on the individuals who are scheduled, and personalized accordingly.
If you miss a scheduled session and have given NO advance notice, there will be no make up of this session.
If you miss a scheduled session and HAVE given notice, we will work with you to set up your make up time during the 6 weeks on another session day as long as there is space available. Make ups must be done within the 6 weeks session. We will also try to schedule several make up days at the end of the 6 weeks as well.
We will work with you on make up sessions as much as we can, but we cannot accommodate everyone's vacations, skiing days or just deciding to take the night off from volleyball. We have had to tighten our rules as the numbers of players we are training increases. Once you sign up for our classes, it is your responsibility to attend. We may not be able to make up all days absent due to our limited number of players allowed in each session, and having make ups done within the current 6 weeks program.
Please be considerate of the lobby and gym:
No feet on the chairs or walls
Put your trash in the can by the drink machine
RECYCLE all plastic bottles & cans just outside gym door in metal container
NO GUM IN THE GYM
Indoor shoes only on the gym floor
Water is the only beverage allowed in the gym - in bottles with tops
NO CELL PHONES IN THE GYM
Player cell phones in the lobby should be on silent or vibrate
Players should place their bags and belongings on the rack in the lobby in such a way as to fit all player's bags on the rack (end to end, not sideways)
Players & coaches only in the gym, unless otherwise specified
Check to make sure you do not leave your belongings behind when you leave. Our lost and found will periodically be donated to charity.
