U 13/14: Learn the skills of volleyball adapted to the level and experience of the individual. Specific emphasis is on how to play the game focusing on how the skills are effectively used for playing enjoyment and competitive success. Plenty of games are incorporated in the teaching/coaching process. Small groups insure individual attention.
U 15 & Older: Learn more advanced skills of volleyball adapted to the level and experience of the individual. Specific emphasis is on strategies in playing the game by adjusting and adapting to each situation. Plenty of fun games are incorporated in the teaching/coaching process. Small groups insure individual attention.
Training for Excellence is a curriculum based program that focuses on different aspects of volleyball skills and their application to the game. A file on each player is kept so that we can individualize the training to attend to each player's needs within the team concept. Groups of 8 players per court insure the flexibility to replicate game situations, but allow for personal attention.
There is a Maximum of 16 players per time slot (other than jump training).
NOTE: All first time U13-U14 participants MUST REGISTER FOR THE EARLY SESSION. It is possible that it will be recommended by coaching staff to move to the later group based on specific evaluation and approval. All players younger than U15 who believe they should play with the later group, need to be approved by Bill Neville before signing up for that group. [email protected]
Each Training for Excellence participant is encouraged to attend jump training. It is included as a part of your Training for Excellence fees.
Jump Training: Jumping is central to successful volleyball execution. A variety of jumping activities that help to develop technique, power and endurance will be practiced. Each session will begin with testing maximum jumps and other fitness activities. These will be recorded and filed to monitor progress.
Jump training can also be attended by players not registered for Training for Excellence as long as we are notified in advance. There is a $15 fee for each jump training session for those not registered for Training for Excellence. Register Here or at Gym Calendar.
Fees for Training for Excellence are as follows:
PayPal is available ONLY upon your original registration. Any balance due payments are check or cash. This is the way our vendor for PayPal works.
Deposits are required to hold a player's spot. Balance of fees are due on the FIRST DAY of the program.
Players may join at a pro-rated cost after the program has started.

- $400 with $100 Non-refundable deposit for 1 day per week
- $625 with $200 Non-refundable deposit for 2 days per week
